She'll come to understand it. I've seen it. My visions are clear now.

Very curious to see where will Denis take Chani character, because as much as a passive character she is in the book ( Paul leading an Holy war and his wedding to Irulan) the Chani in the movie is very much not. the contrary even. (girl literally said lemme ride this sandworm to forget all of this bullshit lmao) and well, we know she loves Paul, he is the love of her life but. I dont quite see her accepting passively to be only Paul's concubine (for all of Jessica speech about 'history will call us wives' that convinces Chani in the book, what we've seen so far of Villeneuve's Chani doesn't strike me as someone so easely accepting to be and to do nothing more than concubine of the emperor...) all the while dude will commit genocide using her people's power. So yeah. Curious to know how will Messiah'll adapt Chani..

the scene where jessica uses the voice to force chani to use her tears to resurrect paul is SO fucking crazy to me. true love's kiss only it doesn't save the day, it destroys everything. the fact that she literally has to cry to bring him back, the way his eyes immediately snap open, her horror and devastation when she realizes he came back changed. it's a fairy tale and it's a fucking nightmare.
