I have such a fascination with hidden/secret doorways/passages/rooms. I will have a home filled with them one day.
<3 ME WANT. ME WANT. ME WANT. I CAN'T BREATHE. It's my perfect room. The one I've always dreamed about. It's just mine.
The main challenge is to design an elegant gathering of density and create an interesting passage from the front door of the house. Their solution is to create a journey of discovery by breaking down the rocks entrance forecourts and garages increased by spatial overlay materials and architectural features, and finally treating the surface with steps, ramps and modulation of light and shadow.
