"The Illusive Man has fled to the Citadel and informed the reapers of our purpose." Every time I hear this I just think of TIM on the Citadel talking to an enormous goddamn reaper.  How exactly does one 'imform the reapers?'  Through the keepers? Did anyone on the Citadel have time to evacuate before the reapers claimed it?
