My lovely girlfriend just told me about making collages on Pinterest. I have no regrets. (I might start doing this for more characters/pairs/ships cause it’s super fun!! I’ll do them for the maze runner or marauders 🙏)
Angsty Sirius scenario
It’s the Christmas break of first year, Sirius is staying with the potters for the first time and is shocked at all the love they bring, but at this point it’s been a few days and he’s happy to be there
James and Sirius are running around in the kitchen, mucking about when James accidentally makes a glass fall
“Oh whoops-“
Sirius is panicking, heart racing eyes wide and he frantically starts picking up the glass with his hands, no time to get a broom and keeps repeating that’s it ok and he’ll take the blame as his breathing gets quicker
“Its ok James it’s ok I’ll take that blame- its ok its ok” as he moves he cuts his fingers but just keeps picking up the glass, licking his fingers when they bleed absent minded and James is confused, why is Sirius panicking? It’s just a glass!
Effie comes in and goes “oh dear!” And Sirius is now on the verge of tears
“I’m sorry I’m sorry I didn’t mean to I’m sorry-“ backing up and hits the wall with his back, his fingers bleeding and Effie comes over and holds his shoulders and says “Sirius Sirius calm yourself ok? It’s ok it’s just a glass, you’re safe in this house ok?”
Effie cleans Sirius’s hands, cleans up the glass and reassures him it’s ok, that was the day Effie knew that if Sirius ever needed a home, she would be happy to give him one.

I just saw a headcanon about the black brothers doing ballet (their parents doing ofc) I HAVE NEVER AGREED MORE.
Sirius putting up with it and being very reluctant about the whole thing, attempting to get out of it and failing and quitting once he got to the potters, but years later is still very flexible? I could imagine him taking his shoes off and standing on the tips of his toes as a party trick but when asked how he knew how to do it he would dodge the question
Regulus using dance as an outlet for his anger? Putting massive amounts of effort into dance to not just please his mother, but as a way to distract himself without punishment? I can sooo imagine him on the rare occasion alone in his dorm dancing HARD because it’s the only way he learnt how to cope, but not telling a soul he knows ballet

Sirius having PERFECT posture because of this despite his personality and such, walking and doing things with such grace without even registering it, maybe going on the tips of his toes when he’s antsy?
Regulus KNOWS he’s a graceful guy, he knows how good his posture is and keeps his chin high. On the odd occasion he catches himself slouching he immediately fixes his posture out of habit, looking around anxiously before realising no one cares about his posture (his mother did)

I’m reading ATYD for the first time and the fact he cares so much about Remus, literally memorising the moon cycles, making remus’s prefect badge into tin instead of silver, did most of the work for the marauders to become Animagus etc etc
