ftr i don't think mark bankston will be able to convince either the texas or federal supreme courts that texas' disgustingly low cap on punitive damages is unconstitutional. but i do think it's a good idea to keep the story in the press what a huge fucking loser alex jones is, while also tying jones up in further litigation for years to come.

this also bodes really, really well for the connecticut case
