G’Kar No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against that power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand. The Centauri learned this lesson once. We will teach it to them again. Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
At the risk of revealing how seriously I take these two characters and their cyclical hate/love/war crimes spiral, here is a mix that I cannot believe came together so easily. Anyway I love Londo and G'kar and I love relationships that can only end in tender murder/suicide. This playlist gets pretty romantic in places, but I like to think it’s the kind of mix someone can appreciate whether they ship it or not (you should ship it, it is a good and rewarding ship).
I dug deep into my “pretentious dad rock” collection on this one to approximate that signature Bab5 cheese factor.
