I loveee fantasy settings doing magical exhaustion:
- burnt out pyromancers emitting steam and smoke
- tired cryomancers shivering with visible foggy breath
- weary necromancers looking ill and hearing voices
- frazzled healers receiving the same cuts, bruises, and injuries of their patients
As I get closer to the end of Dragon Age, facing the desire to go look at all the great art and edits that I'm sure are being made, vs. the need to never see another living soul's Opinion about this game Ever

Also just realized that I've finished Harding's whole quest line and I still haven't found out what the dwarves meant by "changing" to survive the blight
#maybe it was in one of the old games?#but like nooooo don't tell me this is going to be a plot thread for the next game#I wanted them to cure the blight in this one so my poor girl could Survive and Thrive#and say fuck the grey wardens and peace out to the Necropolis and live happily ever after with her necromancer#she still will in my heart but still#(and also if it is in the next game they'll PROBABLY have Rook show up at some point so there's even still hope for that haha)#plays da
I know they got off to a rocky start and like obviously they're still not the best of friends, but I do think it's sweet how Emmrich takes every opportunity to compliment Taash's skills and expertise
