Big "What if ..."
Padmé Amidala with her twins, Luke and Leia.
Three scrapped scenes + official art for Revenge of the Sith that detail Padmé’s newfound force sensitivity:
Padmé’s waking visions of Mustafar:
Padmé’s sleepwalking manifestations of the Force:
Padmé’s agony as her body reacts against the midi-chlorians:
"Padme had the Force flowing through her. She had more midi-chlorians than any person ever had because she was pregnant with the Skywalker twins.
There are radical transformations in a woman during normal pregnancy: how much more intense would it be if her twin embryos were also filled with Force-laden midi-chlorians?” -Iain McCaig

The moment we've all been waiting for!
Tearing a raw wound open some more - Padme dies a second time.
The White Outfit: Attack of the Clones
Padmé’s white outfit is by far her most recognizable look from Episode II, having been featured in a majority of promotional images. It is lightweight and practical, a fitting ensemble for her dangerous mission to Geonosis, allowing her ease of movement as she fights for her life in the arena.
The costume included a cloaked headpiece which never made it into the movie. However, Padmé can be seen holding the headpiece in her hand during Shmi’s funeral. The accompanying cloak can be viewed in many scenes, including a deleted one where she attempts in vain to negotiate with Dooku. During the arena fight, a vicious attack rips her top, exposing an arm and midriff, and leaving bloody claw marks up her back. The hairstyle was originally one long loop, but was altered to become a series of several compact loops. The look was achieved by wrapping her hair around thin, foam tubes.
fun fact: this is the outfit of Padme’s that has the most amount of screen time in all of the prequels
