Yuppie Psycho is a survival horror video game developed and published by Baroque Decay Games. The game follows the story of a young office worker named Brian, who is hired by a mysterious corporation and must navigate a surreal and dangerous corporate environment filled with supernatural creatures and psychological horror.

This game is great I cannot stress enough, I love YP so much and I want others to love it too so please help me give Yuppie psycho one of the best fandoms ever, it deserves a lot of attention ( Baroque Decay games in general ).

I completely 100% cleared the game and got all of the achievements in only a few days of playing the game (I was just so in love with the game I was really excited after beating it the first time)

OKAY SO THE NEW CATECHESIS DEVLOG JUST DROPPED ill be chatting about that for a bit hehe!!

Anyways!!!! GAME MECHANICS!!!

It seems like its gonna be similar to hollow knight but mixed with stardew valley

I wish i could compare it to something else but i cant think of it atm!

And it seems like they're also going to do something different with their save spots unlike from their other games where saving made you hesitate a little, me personally i love it, especially YPs save mechanic!

In catchesis theres going to be blood alters at the start of each section/dungeon (OMG DUNGEON PERSONA 2 REFERENCE!! Sorry im insane.)

They will act as respawn points!!

But uhhh we will have to defeat previously fought enemies if we die again ahah...

You can also rest at the alter and you can reload Daniels bullets when you do so and up your hp!

IT ALSO WORKS AS A TELEPORTER!!

And i did not know this but Catchesis was being formed all the way back in 2013?? The made a script for it but scrapped it, everything we will see from this point on is going to be new! Though here are some screenshots i took of those and i will try and find more info about it

Im very excited for the games cutscenes, they all look very wonderful, though i have issues with the art team they really went all out!!

Also apparently there's currently 44 enemies?? Thats wow.. since the game looks like you're going to be moving from area to area im guess they change on your whereabouts and that makes sense!

You have no idea how excited i am for these AHH the way they're talking about it like how intricate and huge it's going to be i really hope this game gets some good recognition!!
