After reading ONE PIECE vol. 85 and draw something.
I'm happy and comforting to see Sanji tell Luffy the truth and his feeling. Telling him how he worried about his damn family, even he realizes the wedding is a conspiracy. Telling him he can't find the strength to run away from here.
I think comparing to Zoro, Sanji feels for Luffy is deep and he conceals it. Everyone knows Zoro promises to Luffy or yells to him"GET A GRIP!" in public so many times, Sanji just support his captain, using his professional skill. He doesn't need to yell in words, he always knows how to do and take care of his captain.
So that's why I like Sanji talk to Luffy in this episode, they only need to talk to each other, just two of them, no one in there.
