Garland may have been a great judge and perhaps justice, but he was WAY too timid to be the AG. He's a wimp. Merrick Garland was the worst person to be appointed to AG for these times. He should be sitting on the Supreme Court where a man of his ethics and norms belong.
He shouldn't have been appointed AG as some kind of "consolation prize" for not getting on the Supreme Court. Kamala Harris should have been our Attorney General in Biden's term. Her abilities were wasted. A lot of other folks would have been viable VP picks.
