Doctor who; All of the whoverse

I saw your post about people wanting to watch classic who, and here is a very reliable online site where you can watch Classic, New, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures, and K-9 and company. It is currently only up to 'The Girl who Waited' for New Who, but it'll update soon enough. There are little popup ads, but they're those 'wait five seconds and continue to the page', so they're really not a bother. Hope this helps some people!!

Brilliant!

Maybe the reason why his tie is red for the future and blue for the past has to do with the Doppler Effect. Galaxies that are moving away from Earth look red and galaxies that are moving towards Earth look blue. It's demonstrated in this video pretty well.

That's awesome! Even if it doesn't turn out to be true for his tie, it's still a pretty interesting fact. SCIENCE!

Fun Fact: The Eleventh Doctor's bowtie is red if the episode takes place in the future, and blue if it's in the past.

I've heard this before but I have no proof to offer my dear followers, so I suppose this is more of a fun i-sure-hope-it's-fact. Haha. 

FUN FACTS

For those of you who read Christopher Paolini's Inheritance cycle (Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr), there is a quote in Brisingr referencing the Doctor. It reads, "Adrift upon the sea of time, the lonely god wanders from shore to distant shore, upholding the laws of the stars above."

fun fact! You would be correct. The "fish" fingers in question were actually breaded cakes, although Matt did jokingly claim at first that they truly were made of fish.
