Loonatics Unleashed was a good show

I keep revisiting my Loonatics reboot ideas. I thought I should actually share more of the villains.

This is Lexi's old 'friend', Sunny Bunny, based off Honey Bunny, and the reboot version of Cypher. She's always been jealous of Lexi as she was the most liked cheerleader back in Acme U, and now that she's a superhero, she's even more well loved. Lexi is completely oblivious to her jealousy. But Sunny got powers too, the ability to steal others' powers. So she cozies up to Lexi, slowly drains her powers and generally undermines her place on the team and her situationship with Ace. Eventually, Ace figures out what's happening, and everyone takes her down. She's you vamp, evil flirt, mean girl type villain and those are my favorites.

Loonatics Unleashed: the Vester Clan

The Vester's have been serving their planet loyally for centuries, especially if that means throwing a coup. Blanc's wellbeing is far more important than some bratty bird's extended lifespan.

Sylth is a strong example of this, staying and defending Blanc despite the royal family's mistreatment and abuse on his person.

He will not, however, tolerate such abuse towards his family.

Thus, he was quick to send his little sister and only son off where it was (supposedly) safe.

How was he supposed to know that a Frelengisian conflict would end up screwing over a planet in a completely different system?

So I made another OC......

This is Reginald "Reggie" Cooper. He's 23 years old, and a war veteran on his planet.

He joined the military at 17 as a scientist and a engineer, but at 21 almost got blown up, losing his tail and wings, and heavily damaging his spine in the process.

After he got well enough for surgery, his dad created his wings and tail, as well as a metallic "spine" that's attached by wires to his old spine to help amplify his brain signals to other body parts. They're all made with military grade metal and rubber, so Reggie doesn't have to worry about being gentle with them. His wings can also detach and can be called by him whistling.

He's not exactly a Loonatics Unleashed character, but he's in the same universe and I can actually see them meeting at one point.

Been wanting to create some quick profile pics, but I haven’t really fleshed out all main and supporting and chatizens. For now, I’ll give you the main. Still haven’t gotten all the other chatizen profiles done. Nor do I plan to in the future.

Loonatics Unleashed art dump!

lots of old sketches from 2014-2015. And then after that I fell out of interest...then 2021 happened. My drawing style was a bit different, or not. Notes on how Tech and Creon would be characterized. All the background characters and Loonatics were simply "netizens" on the chat forum.

Again, I repeat, these are old concepts. Some concepts still got recycled. And some of the story bites were copied from the J-drama version of "Densha Otoko." I guarantee you that the progression of this idea is now no longer following any cannon and it's completely off the rails.

recent sketches from 2021. You can thank "Space Jam: A New Legacy" for reigniting my interest. I used to have some interest rethinking this story, but it came randomly in 2017 or so and didn't last long.

Some of the sketches weren't scanned in properly (didn't feel like rescanning them). It was kinda rough trying to figure out how to draw this version of Creon. Also Creon's anthro version was just for fun. She's not going to turn into a tiger anytime soon.

I felt like I made her unnecessarily tall when I started making her buffer. So she's an average height of 5' 4". I got a little too caught up with trying to flesh out 2075 Acmetropolis and the setting. But honestly, I've given up on trying to bring any sense of reality to this world. It's a world filled with walking talking animals and humans. This is a love story about a socially awkward looney toon and an anime girl.

Per @mysticinternetdinosaur 's request, here's Rosé and Ace!

For those who don't know, Rosé is the Loonatics personal doctor, and Ace's boyfriend in my AU.

He is 25 years old and Trans (FtM)

His species is called a Wölpertinger, which is basically a mish-mash of a rabbit, bird, deer, and fox. (They normally have wings, but Rosé lost his in an accident as a child)

He and Ace go back a bit before the meteor hit, with Rosé being a stripper to help pay for his college, and to save up to have top surgery. (He had top surgery shortly after he graduated medical school)

One night, a 20 year old Ace went out to a strip club with his buddies to celebrate the release of a movie they worked on. While Ace's buddies were at the bar drinking, Ace was getting a lap dance from Rosé, who had been watching him for a bit. After the club closed, Rosé and Ace hung around for a bit, getting to know each other more. Then they said their goodbyes and went their separate ways.

One night after the club closed, Rosé was attacked by antler thieves, who planned to saw off his antlers and take his velvet to sell for a high price. (These thieves are a common problem for people who have antlers unfortunately) they managed to damage Rosé's scalp so badly that his antlers will never be more than just tiny stumps on his head.

After the meteor hit, Zadavia asked Rosé if he would be willing to be the Loonatics live in doctor, in which he accepted. When he got to the tower, he didn't realize who was going to answer the door when he knocked.......

Scouting

Haven’t drawn them in a long time! Especially in their new uniform, so have them scouting for any crime to stop!….or a new club to go to, idk, they’re like, in their mid to late 20s they can do whatever they want
