When we make mistakes in life, there are three main things that we need to do.

1. Ask for forgiveness.

2. Receive God's mercy.

3. Move forward w/ur life.

Let it go and press ahead.

So many people today are still beating themselves down over something they did five years ago.

The first time you asked God to forgive you, He forgave you.

Now you've got to receive God's mercy & press ahead.

That mistake did not change who you are to God.

God may not be pleased with every action, but He is pleased when you receive His forgiveness by faith! 🙂

When men attack you, you have a choice. You can get bitter or you can get better. You can allow the evil to affect you and get u down, or you can allow the attack to make you stronger. If you become bitter, then you've become just like the evil person who hates you. You become just like your enemy. But if you forgive you become just like Jesus. :) 1 Peter 2:23 "When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he entrusted himself to him who judges justly."

"We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love. There is some good to worst of us and there are some evil in the best of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies." -Martin Luther King Jr., Loving Your Enemies

When someone else makes judgments about ourselves, we fight it. Yet, we judge each other daily in all matters of life and make comparisons to see how we measure up. We, however, are not the perfect judge and in making our own judgments we overstep God's authority.
