We are all weak and we all go through pain and suffering. The good news is that God knows this, and He is with you through the Holy Spirit in you.
"When you go out to fight your enemies and you face horses and chariots and an army greater than your own, do not be afraid. The Lord, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, is with you!" (NLT) -Deuteronomy 20:1
No matter what today has in store, as a believer, you can approach the day with boldness and confidence. Why? Because the Lord is with you, and in Him is everything you need in this life!
Do you think I will be glad to tell the whole world that Jesus is my Lord and Savior if I didn’t experience Him myself? Yes, it may sound odd but I love Him because He first loved me. I love Him because it’s beneficial and practical to do so. I love Him because I was tired when he called me to stop and follow Him. I love Him because something deep within myself tells me that I am nothing without Him. He has covered up my selfishness with His unconditional love.
I will be like a shepherd looking for his scattered flock. I will find my sheep and rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on that dark and cloudy day. (NLT) -Ezekiel 34:12
Oh, how much He loves us to ensure that we do not get lost along the way. We are too important for Him to overlook, and we should never doubt that.
Anything God tells you to do, you can do it!
Long ago the LORD said to Israel: "I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself." (NLT) -Jeremiah 31:3
Are you open to listening to what the Holy Spirit has to say? It's difficult to know when it is the Holy Spirit leading you, but there are several discernible ways. 1. You are open to guidance. 2. You are ready to obey what the Holy Spirit guides you to do even if it is outside of your comfort zone. 3. You know the difference between your feelings and the promptings of the Holy Spirit. So, let the Holy Spirit guide your life.
