The first time I met you, you were in a glass box.
They introduced you as my dad, and said that I was one of your many children. You were asleep, but they told me that you've contributed so much in helping the world. And I was supposed to do the same.
They didn't tell me that they were the reason you were asleep, though. Or that you never met any of your kids.
You were so confused when you woke up, but not when you saw me. You grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the place I grew up in. I never realized that the world could be so big. I guess we can save the world together now.

Saving that agent was very in character for Shadow. He eliminates obstacles, but unnecessary deaths aren't his things. He's an anti-hero. Not a villain.
Compromising for the perfect spot for Team Dark to spend free time wasn't easy. Beach? Too much sun. Crowded. Sand is bad. Meditating on a cliff side? Boring. Nothing to destroy. Nothing to do. Running and blowing up Eggman robots? We're supposed to be RESTING, Omega! Okay then... Water? Nature? Fire? Let's go camping by a lake. Then everyone will have something they'd enjoy.
