It's honestly imo a dumb standard ppl won't let go of because they spend all year round on kiwi farms, every time I mention the fact I'm not a victim of Jack they scream over me saying idk what I'm talking abt while also harassing me abt me being mentally ill
I haven't been very public abt it (aside from bluesky and twitter) but I've recived death threats, harassment for being mentally ill, and constant attention from ppl making videos abt this (not to mention my friends being harassed for being associated with me which is fucking WILD of you guys to do, some of them are being pressured into making public statements abt this and they barely know anything abt it) all while I'm being victimized... Jack held himself accountable for being a shit person and making shit choices in his comeback vid and everyone seems to be ignoring it entirely and claiming Jack shouldn't be alive while immedietly forgiving far worse ppl coming back (CoUgH cOuGh Synni CoUgH)
Yeah, Jack making fun of Juno (dr@gy) for screaming abt the gr00ming allegations years ago is a bit immature but it was still a while ago (they claim they're fair to talk abt it now when drama is high because Jack responded to drama from 2016 in his comeback vid???)
I genuinely find the timing of Juno coming out abt this stuff when Jack decides to leave the internet to be rlly fucking weird considering they claim a shitton of things with barely any evidence (I addressed this on my bluesky btw) while also boosting the drama involving me (they reply to the posts that started this but if yk twitter than you'd know that it brings the same post to hundreds of ppl's homepage)
And all of this started as soon as Jack decided to take a break?
It seems rlly weird to me, feel free 2 have ur criticisms but imo Jack's not perfect, he's just alright and still improving and that means so much more than the drama happening <3
Edit: I should mention that ppl are also acting abelist towards Jack abt his mental illness and physical disabilities saying he can just "get a job!!1!" and not talking to Juno was "Very easy!!! He should've blocked them!!1!1"
Pls listen to yourselves... some of you suffer the same mental illnesses and physical disabilities and try to use that as a way to justify harassing him for being unable to get a job or being able to process the idea of leaving a minor alone (considering his circumstances)
(I'm gonna get personal here but I should mention I have yet to be diagnosed with BPD or autism, I've only been diagnosed with ADHD, I fit the criteria for BPD and I've been theorizing me having autism for years but I'm waiting to be diagnosed by a professional, so take what I say next with a grain of salt!!)
Having BPD is a HUGE thing that's taken into consideration when your being hired, and from stories I've heard from ppl who have BPD... it's hard to get hired because most workplaces have biases against people with it and usually don't hire them due to it being on their resume
Not to mention the fact that he has autism (the evil kind/j) and that makes it harder for him to get a job that suits... I've heard horror stories from autistic ppl who've had jobs and ended up being fired because they weren't able to keep up on the job or ended up doing the wrong thing because they misunderstood the instructions and weren't instructed properly (not to mention the fact that there's barely any safety net for autistic ppl who don't have a job because it's not "that bad" in neurotypical's eyes)
Jack is ALSO physically disabled (having a heart condition called POTS which drains him when doing any physical activity) and that makes it even HARDER to get a job because there are more jobs that require constant physical activity than there should be and the ones that don't require much physical activity require MANY YEARS of studying and multiple degrees in education, which if you didn't watch his comeback video, he TRIED to get his GED but failed because the GED prep program he was going to refused to accommodate to his IEP needs (as someone on a 504 plan, this sort of mistreatment and harassment is very real and very hindering. I've had so many teachers refuse to accommodate to my 504 plan because they think I'm getting a "leg up" above everyone else because they think I'm being lazy)
Now, for the "he should've blocked Juno!!!" Thing... I have some words with how intolerant and insensitive ppl are being abt that...
A few months ago, I went thru a huge event in my life that lost me someone who had been my fp for YEARS and it caused me to do rlly shitty things...
Did I hurt anyone? No... did I hurt myself? Yeah, a lot. I've obviously gotten better but I was in a state where I was barely conscious enough to stop myself from getting hurt because I felt like I deserved it...
Jack wasn't in any state of mind to stop himself or others from hurting him/others in irreversible ways, he didn't have the capacity to form any rational thought because someone he thought he could love ended up leaving him... and like I said on my bluesky thread, he tried to make this clear that he was in no state of mind to be making important decisions (I'm gonna include some scs to prove a point)
I don't know Jack personally so I can't say much other than it's clear that Jack had been declining for some time but Juno kept pestering him abt this until he was considering the pros and cons because he didn't know what else to do because he's aroace (I'm aroace, I've been pressured into dating before while in a dissasociative state by weirdos and the only thing I could've done was weigh the pros and cons because I didn't feel anything and didn't process the idea of leaving the situation/couldn't due to external factors)
