I want to thank the Star Wars franchise modelling healthy human/droid relationships for us

My favorite part is how well-matched these two pairs are. Poe is sunshine and optimism and cheery hugs, and BB-8 is a friendly adorable basketball. Cassian is cynicism and angst and sniper rifles, and K2SO is a giant angular font of sarcasm. Even their color schemes match.
