This is my friend Hashem @support-heshem (shown here with his son Nabil). Hashem has been trapped in the middle of a brutal genocide for over 400 days. Even more tragically, he was forcibly separated from his beloved family a year ago, when they evacuated and he was made to stay behind. Tragically, his tent (pictured below) was recently destroyed in a bombing and he now has no shelter! He and his extended family urgently need to raise enough money for three new tents, which will total about $3,600.

Help a small family from Gaza evacuate!

I'm writing this post on behalf of Waleed @ayman-waleed and his beautiful little family.

11 months ago, Waleed and his wife, Areej, and their little son, Ayman, were forced to evacuate from their home, and they have been displaced ever since. Now they are trying to raise enough funds to evacuate. Unfortunately, their campaign has progressed very slowly - they started it back in April and have only reached 12% of their goal after 7 months of fundraising.

Waleed is especially worried about his son Ayman, as Ayman is only 3 years old and has lived one third of his entire life in the middle of this genocide. One of his biggest concerns is being able to afford enough food for Ayman's growing body, as malnutrition and starvation are especially hard on young children.

was forced to stay behind when his wife and 3 children evacuated to Morocco one year ago. He needs to raise funds for food, shelter, and his evacuation, as well as education & therapy for his young kids. The separation has been especially traumatizing for them and they're terrified for his safety. Like the Aburakhia family, Hashem and his wife Smahan have been fundraising since March, but they have only reached 4.6% of their goal.

Update, Nov. 12th: Hashem's tent was just destroyed and he needs $3,600 to buy 3 new ones for him and his 26 extended family members! He has no shelter right now!

evacuated to Egypt earlier this year and were hoping to raise the money to evacuate their parents this month. However, donations have been too slow so now they've lowered their goal to trying to raise enough for their parents' rent. They need it by Nov. 20th to stay housed.

400 days of genocide

I'm writing this post on behalf of my friend Hashem @support-heshem , whose campaign has really been struggling.

One year ago, his wife, Smahan, and their three children successfully evacuated to Morocco. However, because of travel restrictions and lack of money, Hashem was forced to stay behind. Now he is enduring not only the brutality of the IOF, which has martyred several of his loved ones, but also soaring food prices and lack of adequate shelter for the impending winter.

Hashem hopes to raise enough funds to evacuate and finally reunite with his family as well as raise enough funds to support his children's education and get them treatment for the horrible trauma they've faced. He has been fundraising since March, but still has yet to reach 5% of his goal!

These are words Ibrahim @aburakhiaibrahim sent to me over Instagram today to describe the living conditions he and his family have been forced into. There is very little food, and the IOF's bombing is constant. The fundraiser his family are relying on for income right now is progressing dangerously slow - they are lucky if it receives four donations in one day. They even lowered the goal by $20,000 and it has not gained them any traction. Please help support a family of 28, 15 of those children, survive!

Please help a Palestinian family survive the winter

@aburakhiaibrahim contacted me to ask me to write a post promoting his campaign, which, despite running since March, is very low on funds. His family consists of 28 members, and 15 of them are children who are suffering from malnutrition due to the lack of affordable food. Now winter is on its way, and things are only going to get harder.

They have only been able to raise $6,125 CAD / $30,000 CAD as of Oct. 27th, after more than EIGHT MONTHS of campaigning. The last donation was NINETEEN HOURS ago, and they have only received $160 CAD in the last WEEK.

I'm making this post on behalf of Ahmed @ahmadresh2 . He has not asked me to but he messaged me the other day for help with his campaign and I cannot currently donate, so I will write to promote his fundraiser instead.

Ahmed is currently sick with hepatitis C from the poor conditions the IOF is forcing him to live under, and earlier today he messaged me terrified to say he was surrounded by tanks. He is safe now, but it was one of the scariest messages I've ever received. It honestly chilled me to my core.

Please help him reach his goal! He's very close and only has $1,236 to go. His campaign has been vetted by association here and vetted by @/90-ghost here. He's only 19 years old, he should be hanging out with friends and learning new things at college and experiencing young adulthood, not suffering through a genocide!

I am making this post on behalf of Mohammed Iwais @mohdiwais , as he is struggling under the weight of trying to make ends meet during an active genocide.

Mohammed and his family has been through hell. His house and business have been destroyed, 10 of his family members have been killed, his sister is recovering from a quadcopter shooting, food aid that has managed to reach Gaza is being (illegally) resold for exorbitant prices instead of being freely given, and he urgently needs money to buy winter clothing for the remaining 27 family members in his care, many of whom are children and/or disabled. On top of this, Tumblr staff keeps deleting his and his family members' accounts.
