To be honest I don't know who can fit Pepa at all? In terms of creatures, none of them really controls the weather. This is more of Goddess thing. I'm gonna say pegasus can go well, as the creature able to fly to the clouds.

Isabela is 100% a plant based but I'm not entirely sure which one. Dryad is one of more obvious choices but they are tied to their trees. And this honestly doesn't strike me as very Isabelish. And she is not as nurseyish as her mother to be this kind of deal.

Dolores probably close to mermaid. They are know to have enchanting voice. Or well, I honestly just find her associated with some fish-creatures. Honestly can't explain why. Just some association

Luisa Is werewolf coded (yeah, people did speak about this because it's so real). You know, encanced strength and almost impossible durability. Not originated in mythology, but it's still a common thing in mosernish media. Plus in Celtic mythology they are known to fight to protect people. Which again suits her. If say something I haven't seen before, Goblins can go good as well (also very strong and potrayed as protectors)

Camilo is a gremlin (is anyone even surprised?) He is a silly prankster who loves to cause mischieves. But like not out of malice or because he's evil.

I'm going to put Mirabel as Muse (I mean they are characters from mythology). Firstly, she is known to be quite artistic. Also she is the one to sparkle changes in the family and push them to growth. I can't see her as Satyr at all to be honest
