When she learns that our heroes possess a weapon capable of defeating her, the Evil Queen steals Aladdin’s magic lamp from Jasmine and makes a wish that could sideline the Savior forever. Unwilling to wake Snow while Emma is missing, David works with Hook and Henry to hold the Evil Queen at bay in Storybrooke, as Regina goes on a rogue rescue mission. Meanwhile, Gold and Belle face a surprising danger to their newborn son.

In a Fairy Tale Land flashback, Rumple collects Jack and Jill’s son as bait to lure a powerful being to him. Back in Storybrooke, Gold tells the Evil Queen that she must kill Zelena, and the EQ makes a decision that will change her relationship with her sister forever. When Belle discovers Gold’s plans for their son, she convinces Hook and Emma to help her steal squid ink that can immobilize him, and, as a result, Belle is left to make a sacrifice that will affect the lives of everyone in Storybrooke. Meanwhile, Jasmine finds a genie-less lamp that she hopes to use to save Agrabah, and Aladdin finds a way to be her hero.

Well that seems to put an end to that debate?

There’s a massive spoiler in the new issue of Entertainment Weekly (Rogue One cover) with “Once Upon a Time” confirming the AU No-Dark Curse storyline is happening as there’s a picture of Emma in a princess style dress and braid standing with 50-60 year-old Snow & Charming in royal outfits & aged makeup/wigs!!! :D The new issue is out early with Thanksgiving coming and I got my copy in the mail today. I don’t have a scanner but there’s a picture and a description for the mid-season finale talking about someone making a wish from the genie that was in the lamp Aladdin has and how it’ll change things for the mid-season premiere in EW’s “What to Watch” section for Sunday, December 4th. I’m positive EW will be posting an article online soon as they usually do for non-subscribers.

I didn’t even see it when I was looking through my copy today.

Once Upon a Time: Alan Dale books return trip — exclusive

Alan Dale is slated to reprise his role as King George in an upcoming episode of Once Upon a Time, EW has learned exclusively.

The Lost alum first appeared in season 1, where viewers learned that King George’s wife was unable to bear children, so he enlisted Rumple (Robert Carlyle) to acquire an heir — James (Josh Dallas) therefore grew up the prince, while his twin brother David (also Josh Dallas) was raised the pauper. But when James died, David took his place and eventually rebelled against his pseudo-father when he fell in love with Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin).

“King George returns to cause trouble for Snow and Charming in an episode later this season that shines a new light on all of their pasts and has a profound impact on their futures,” executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz tell EW.

“I used to deliver [these flowers] back when I was Mary Margaret. It’s how I found David when he was in a coma.” — (x)
