It's so sick and twisted that I can't relay this information to Dean Winchester because I KNOW he would lose his mind over this. It would make his day — no — his year. Whole life even. He would never shut up about it.
At first, he'd make some dirty joke about "being inside" Sam and giggle about it, but the longer he thinks about it, he'd be obsessed with the fact that he's apart of Sam. Like literally apart of him. Biologically. And not just because they have the same parents, but like some of his cells are Sam's.

Psych was correct. When you're 100% sure of your conclusion, but it's based off of evidence that only you can see (because it's obscure, easily dismissed, or requires a lot of prior context), it's genuinely better to just say "I had a psychic vision" or something like that. People are more willing to believe you have mystical powers than that they just missed something you found obvious.
