Kyuhyun adores Donghae so much, omfg. There’s a reason that a lot of KyuHae fics have Kyuhyun feeling more, have Kyuhyun liking/loving Donghae more, and…if you just watch how they are together you can see why.

You can tell that Kyuhyun feels like the hyung and he gets exasperated at times but it’s always such extremely fond exasperation and I have this idea that Donghae would do something stupid and Kyuhyun would be ready to snap at him but then Donghae would just smile at him (and you know how Donghae smiles; he puts his entire heart out for the world to see and it’s one of the most beautiful things) and Kyuhyun remembers exactly what kind of person Donghae is and he can’t help but smile back.

donghae didn’t do anything stupid here (iirc) but just look at kyuhyun and how he’s just perfectly normal and fine until he looks at donghae and donghae’s smile and he absolutely can’t help but SMILE BACK

I’m not trying to write any flowery description here or anything, it’s just…you can look at Kyuhyun and when he’s around Donghae you can sometimes see the real extent of what he feels and…yeah. And Donghae loves him in that easy, carefree way that manages to simultaneously take up every molecule of his being, the way that Donghae does everything. He takes care of Kyuhyun (like in that U-era gifset where Kyuhyun is so obviously, painfully unsure of himself and Donghae just slings an arm around his shoulder and fixes the suspender he’s wearing and you can see Kyuhyun’s smile get a little bit stronger).

Kyuhyun has such an awed/idolizing little-boy crush on Donghae (he wrote him an essay about it) and Donghae loves him and takes care of him and hugs him under the jackets he wears and makes him smile and gah. Yes, I ship KyuHae (the caption and my tags explain it all).

and idk, everything they do is hilarious and precious (like when donghae called him out on not wearing underwear and how he threw confetti in his face) and everything is so nice about them.
