bee's art space

I got to do my first mural ever! :) myself and another airman in our shop got to paint all week, 12 hours each day (for a total of 72 hours). I'm still going in tomorrow to do some minor corrections and darkening of sections, but my piece is finished. You can see my original sketch and then the finished piece. I'm going to be darkening the lettering up top and adding some highlights to the blade. All done with acrylic paints.

For work we have these log books where we record what each person/group does at the end of every shift. Usually bored people draw stuff on them that represent which section the log book belongs to (electrics, avionics, crew chiefs, etc.) As weapons we have the Grim Reaper as our mascot and since our squadron's mascot is a demon/fiend, I drew us a demon reaper. :D done with pen and sharpie.
