I'm making a balance between snake jay and wolf jay

So, imagine that the first encounter with the ninjas in the Administration ends quite badly. With both sides hurt, the ninjas barely escaping. And then the Administrator forms an alliance with Ras, and they offer Jay the chance to return to the battlefield and become stronger to take revenge on those strange people. So he accepts.

It's either that or he's going through a really weird early 30's life crisis.
