🇮🇳 🚨 INDIAN SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS DECISION TO REMOVE THE SPECIAL STATUS OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR

In a landmark ruling, India's Supreme Court on Monday upheld the Government's decision to abrogate Article 370 of the Indian Constitution in 2019.

The decision restores the statehood of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, and directs the Election Commission of India (ECI) to conduct legislative elections by September 30th, 2024.
