POLICE RAID ENCAMPMENT AT UC IRVINE: MORE THAN 50 ARRESTED, PROTESTERS ASSAULTED

📹 Scenes from UC Irvine, where Pro-Palestine, anti-US backed genocide protesters were cleared out by hundreds of police officers in riot gear stormed a non-violent student encampment on the campus, arresting 50 people with zip ties, including a professor, and threatening students with batons and "less-than-leathal" munitions.

The encampment, which had been in place for over two weeks on campus without issue, was stormed by hundreds of police in riot gear, clearing out the area in what has become just the latest example of extreme force being used to break up peaceful Pro-Palestine protests (often organized by Jewish student groups) and encampments.

"We can not have a genocidal foreign policy in a democracy" a professor tells reporters while being arrested.

"These young people are going to be the ones who have to pay the price for these horrible decisions."

Student protesters at Oxford University, in the UK, speak with Anadolu News Agency about their experiences at the Pro-Palestine encampment, where students are protesting their school's investments in the Israeli occupation and defense contractors, as well as the Israeli occupation's genocide in Gaza continues.

Dozens of tents at Oxford were erected in the vicinity of the Pitt Rivers Museum, while students stand in solidarity the Palestinians under siege and bombardment in the Gaza Strip, while issuing concrete demands for their school's divestment from the Israeli entity and defense contractors, and also calling for boycotts of Israeli goods and the Liberation of Palestine.

POLICE VIOLENTLY STORM UCLA CAMPUS AS INSTIGATORS ATTACK STUDENT PROTESTERS

📹 Scenes from the UCLA college campus in Los Angeles, California, where student protesters with the Palestine solidarity movement are violently stormed, assaulted and arrested by police in riot gear who treat Americans as an occupying force.

Protesters at the campus were overwhelmingly peaceful and non-violent, chanting in support of Palestinians under siege, bombardment and blockade in the Gaza Strip.

Violence instead came in the form of pro-Zionist instigators and provocateurs who threw objects at protesters who refused to engage with them.

The violence then escalated when Police forces, who had looked-on as protesters were attacked by a group of pro-Zionists in masks, stormed the encampment and violently assaulted and arrested protesters, using batons to beat students while a police helicopter hovered overhead.

Dozens of protesters were arrested in the raid.

TULANE PROTESTS SUPPRESSED, STUDENTS ARRESTED

📹 Scenes from the protests on Tuesday night at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where students peacefully assembled to call upon the school to divest from the Israeli occupation and to call for an end to the genocide in Gaza.

At approximately 430am, more than 100 New Orleans police officers stormed the scene of the protest, violently breaking up the encampment and arresting at least 14 students.

STUDENT PROTESTERS COMPLETELY NON-VIOLENT, IGNORE INSTIGATORS

📹 As student protests are ongoing at Tulane University, in New Orleans, where a student draped in an Israeli flag repeatedly attempted to instigate Palestine solidarity protesters, approaching protesters multiple times while being completely ignored as cars of local residents honk in support.

The instigators also drove by protests while waving the Israeli flag out of the car window, which was also ignored by protesters as cars behind the counter-protesters continued honking.

COLOMBIA UNIVERSITY VIOLENTLY STORMED AND SHUT DOWN BY NYPD

📹 Scenes from the violent dispersal of Colombia University protests after police stormed "Hind Hall", named by students in memory of 6-year-old Hind Rajab who was killed by the Israeli occupation forces along with two paramedics in the Gaza Strip.

Protesters are violently assaulted and arrested by NYPD, among the most notoriously violent police in the country.

News reports meanwhile claim no tear gas was used in the raid, and say no one was injured in the assaults, video evidence to the contrary.

📹 Counter-protesters attempt to disturb peaceful Palestine Solidarity protests by screaming and waving Israeli flags, while a woman shoves her phone in the face of protesters before ripping the mask off another.

Palestine solidarity protesters ignore the counter-protesters and assemble to listen to a local Reverend give a speech in support of students.

Police force the woman to leave the area, but do not arrest her.

Tents at the protest include a medical tent, live music, erected barriers and even a student-to-police liaison.

Police have made no aggressive moves on protesters as of this time

STUDENT PROTESTERS IN NEW ORLEANS THREATENED WITH ARREST FOR TRESPASSING

📹 Scenes from student protests supporting Palestine at Tulane University in the uptown New Orleans area in Louisiana.

Local police erected a large electronic sign threatening anyone on school property with arrest for trespassing.

Protests remain overwhelmingly peaceful, while police continue to use and threaten violence to suppress protesters.

♦️ Besides using a large sign to threaten Tulane University students with arrest, police have also set a large speaker to replay the same tune again and again.

STUDENT PROTESTERS VIOLENTLY ATTACKED BY US POLICE IN FLORIDA

📹 Student protesters in the Palestine solidarity movement are assaulted with tear gas by police officers at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa on Tuesday, while five students were arrested by police at Florida State University.

According to some reports, police also used rubber bullets to assault protesters and forcibly remove their encampments.

Protests continue at USF, University of Florida, while protesters at the University of North Florida started an encampment.

The administration of Colombia University has issued a statement in which they demand the student protesters dismantle their occupation encampments under threat of suspension.

According to the statement, students must dismantle their encampments and identify themselves to faculty or face suspension and presumed further arrests.
