US, "ISRAEL" AND IRAN ALL CLAIM DIFFERENT LEVELS OF SUCCESS AFTER RETALIATORY STRIKE

The United States media, Israeli media and Iranian media are all claiming different levels of success for Iran's counterstrikes against "Israel" for its attack on the Iranian consulate building in its embassy in Damascus.

According to American media outlet Fox News, US forces intercepted around 80 Iranian drones and at least 6 ballistic missiles on Sunday morning.

At the same time, the Israeli media, citing the Israeli occupation army, declared 99% of 300 or so Iranian launched drones and missiles were successfully intercepted by American and Israeli forces.

Meanwhile, the IRGC is cited as saying that "tens of ballistic missiles and drones" successfully hit their targets.

While there is likely a medium for what actually occured, it seems more than likely, based on video evidence such as that released by the IRGC above, that the Iranian are probably correct in asserting that at least ten missiles and drones successfully struck Israeli targets, but many to most were almost certainly intercepted.

IRANIAN LEADERSHIP SAYS REVENGE IS COMING FOR "ISRAEL"

In remarks made during a meeting Wednesday in a speech following his leading of Eid al-Fitr prayers, Iranian Supreme leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said that “Consulates and embassies of any country are regarded as the soil of that country. When they attack our consulate, it means that they have attacked our soil”

“The evil regime made a mistake and it should be punished and will be punished," the Iranian leader added.

“In this year’s Ramadan, the bloody events in Gaza embittered Muslims across the world," the Iranian leader went on, "God’s curse on the occupying Zionist regime which not only failed to stop the killing of women, children and defenseless people during this holy month but also did increase the killings.”

Speaking of Western support for the Israeli entity, Khamenei said “Western governments, over the years, have always helped and supported the Zionist regime, and backed it in international bodies, and provided all kinds of aid to this regime. They should have prevented the regime’s crimes during this disaster. But Western governments did not fulfill their duty.”

Khamenei went on point to Western governments' hypocrisy by claiming to support Gazans but in practice, not only failing to prevent the Israeli regime's war crimes, but actively helping it, “especially the arrogant and cruel governments of the US and the UK," and described Western governments as having revealed the "evil nature" of Western societies.

AMERICAN GENERAL TO VISIT "ISRAEL" TO COORDINATE DEFENSE AS IRAN CANCILS FLIGHTS FOR MILITARY MENEUVERS

The Israeli media outlet, Walla News, is reporting that U.S. Army Central Command (CENTCOM) Commander, General Eric Kurilla, will be traveling to the occupied Palestinian territories to meet with the Israeli occupation's Defense Minister, Yaov Gallant and occupation Chief of Staff, Herzi Halevi, to coordinate a defense in the event of an expected Iranian counter-attack after the Israeli occupation army bombed the Iranian consulate in Damascus, Syria last week.

At the same time, Iranian news outlet, Merh News Agency, is reporting that all traffic to and from Tehran, the Iranian capital, have been halted as a result of Military meuneuvers, citing the Iranian Minister of Defense.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Iranian leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, said during a meeting with ambassadors from Muslim-majority and Arab countries, as well as government officials for Eid al-Fitr, that the hearts of the world are with the Palestinian people.

Khamenei told the ambassadors he expected Muslim countries to sever all ties with Israeli regime, arguing that the current reality in Palestine is only possible due to the help the regime receives from Arab countries.

He called the assistance and trade rendered to the Zionist regime by Muslim nations a betrayal of Islamic Ummah and their own countries.
