I'm curious, like. If we went up to one of those animals who hates a certain gender but is generally good at telling people's actual identity rather then just sex, would it change it's option on us depending on who was in front??? Can it smell that. Because I think if it can smell a singlet trans person's identity than maybe it could smell how ours are different????

I know our dog Orio used to seem to be able to tell when we switched (not in a gender way tho, she liked everybody) but our other dogs don't seem to be able to and that might have been projection anyways. Can they know?? Do they know. Could they tell

Orio used to come say hi to us and beg for attention after a switch, especially if it'd been awhile since whoever switched in was in front. Like she'd be laying on the floor and we'd switch and she'd get up and come greet us

But again like. Was that REAL? And if it was how many dogs can even do that?? Is it just because she's the only one who was actually OUR dog and stayed in our room as opposed to being a family member's dog in the same house? Does something in the scent or body language change in a way they can detect DO THEY KNOW

this has honestly always been interesting to me, i dont know if any of my pets can tell when we switch but one of our friends has said before that sometimes when we switch we smell a little different, its just interesting how many little things change when we switch that we cant really control ourselves and it's interesting how animals notice it

i think that some animals can tell when switches happen because in certain systems i think a lot of little tiny things change that i suppose is much easer to pick up with the acute senses of a dog or cat or something

So we have dogs, and they can DEFINITELY tell. I don't know how, but they can. They listen a lot better to certain alters than others. And our oldest dog just fucking LOVES our Techno fictive for some fucking reason?? She offers him a heel around the house when he's just walking around. No clue whats up with that. (As I just hear him go "Chicken." From somewhere else in front. Apparently his ass is training her behind our backs. He's not the dog trainer of the system???)

But yes, our dogs can tell.
