Dreams, Protection From Nightmares
There are several plants and objects that will help passively protect from nightmares.
- Coffee
- Mint
- Mugwort
- Poppies
- Roses
- Rowan
- St Johns Wort
- Wormwood
Clip living plants and keep them near your pillow. Make dried plants in to a sleep sachet and keep that under your pillow. Keep dried plants in a box or jar, and open it before sleep. Do not use decaf coffee, it must be the real thing.
Drinking mugwort or wormwood tea may stimulate vivid dreams, which you may or may not prefer, but mint tea will protect against nightmares without chemically stimulating dreams.
Wear a real silver charm to bed. Cleanse it every morning with pollution water, cleansing oil, holy water, Florida water, or another good strong cleanser.
Keep a real horse shoe under your pillow. They can be purchased at feed supply stores. Tie pouches of mugwort or wormwood to the horseshoe for extra protection.
Anoint your forehead and the base of your neck with war water before bed.
Create a happy nightmare guardian to watch over you as you sleep.
Keep a glass of water next to your bed to absorb negativity. Throw it out each morning.
Charge a yellow candle with intentions of good, safe sleep. Burn it a little every night before bed.
