Full Moon Luck Spell

This is a very simple spell. You will need two candles, a white one for you and a blue one for friends and family. As the full moon is rising, light the candles and say:

“I light these candles for luck for me,

and for my friends and family,

So they will burn by day and night,

and bring us joy by their bright light.”

Allow the candles burn until they are done. If something happens and you must put them out, pinch each flame out and say the following:

Little flame wait for me

I’ll be back and bright you’ll be.

Don’t blow them out it will stop the spell. Be sure to relight the candles later when you can allow them to burn completely down.

What you’ll need -

📈A jar (I used a baby food jar)

👑Jewlery (I used earrings that had no pair!)

🍀Dried Basil

🍀Dried Mint

💛Gold or Silver Glitter

💲Coins (Gold coins, pennies etc.)

💚A Green or Gold Candle

Optional: Four leaf clovers or anything else ’lucky’! 🍀. I added a citrine crystal since it’s known as the merchants stone.

Put everything in your spell jar, envisioning what you want as you do so. A chest of gold coins, money falling, beautiful jewelry, or maybe just your dream house. Anything that makes you think of the intent of money, luck and prosperity!

Once everythings in the jar, place your candle on top and light it (Or if it’s in a jar or tin, just pour the wax over the lid to seal it) As you see the wax drip down on to the jar say -

“Let my fortune grow. Let my luck flow. Bring me prosperity. Make it so.”

Recite this as many times as you wish while envisioning your future prospers. I wrote mine down and placed it inside the jar.

Either let the candle melt all the way down over the jar OR blow it out once the top is sealed (If you dripped the wax instead then just blow it out when covered)

Keep in a safe place or keep it near you whenever you need some luck, money or prosperity in your life.

I like to play music to help raise and direct the energy (a good one for this would be Best Day of My Life by American Authors).

Once it is all in the jar, really focus on directing your energy into the the jar. If you are the praying type, Saint Christopher would be appropriate to call upon. The Bible verse I use is Jeremiah 29:11.

Let it charge in the sun for about an hour (or however long you deem necessary).

I personally would recharge this before each use, to ensure full energy.

CITRUS-WITCH’S FORTUNE COOKIE SPELL!

As you can see, I’ve been collecting fortune slips from dozens of fortune cookies over the years. (I keep my family’s too- I didn’t eat all those myself!) I use them for art projects occasionally and right now, they’re all in that bottle pictured above as a cute decoration piece. This morning, I just got the idea for a simple spell using the fortunes!

What you’ll need: 

- fortune from a fortune cookie

- a crystal or two (can be a type useful to your intent- I used clear quartz just for charging)

Optional:

- candle (coloring appropriate for your fortune, white for a catchall)

This is a spell to MANIFEST THE FORTUNE ITSELF! The universe (or local Chinese take-out place) manifested the fortune to appear in YOUR COOKIE randomly! Do you want it to come true? 

For this spell, I pulled out “Be yourself and you will always be in fashion.” Since classes are starting tomorrow, this is a good fortune for bringing in friendships by being myself!

First, place the crystal(s) on top of or around the fortune. The fortune is already made, you’re just giving it a boost of power so it can come to fruition!

Next, ground yourself. Picture how you want the fortune to manifest in your life. Will the energy to move through the crystals to that tiny piece of paper. Make it real. 

And that’s it! You now have a charmed piece of paper that will come true! For extra release of energy, burn the fortune when you’re done. Since I don’t want to make that much smoke in my room, I’m going to carry around the charmed fortune in my backpack- and forget about it! The deed is done.

As an additional idea, you can charm a few like this and send them to friends as little gifts! Add them to letters or to cards. : )

Good Luck Crystal Charm

Since I had a few exams today, I tried to create my own spell/charm to enchant my quartz crystal with good luck! It’s my first real spell that I’ve created, and I’m quite proud of it. 

Since I’m in a dorm, it’s a quick and easy spell that only requires a crystal and some sigils and some good intentions and energy!

* I drew a good luck sigil (but you can choose any sigil you would like) on the palms of my hands and clapped them together to charge the sigils

* Place your crystal between the two sigils and hold your palms together. Focus your energy on the crystal and what you want to charge it with and take a few deep cleansing breaths

* Chant : 

* Once again, focus on your intent and take deep cleansing breaths 

* Carry the crystal with you, and if it’s part of a necklace or bracelet, even better!

I’m sure this spell can be modified for any crystal and any intent, and you can even use some candles to help focus your energy (for school related I would use yellow or maybe green)

Web of Good Fortune

Ingredients:

** I used rosemary and mint oil, as well as rosemary, since I didn’t have any mint on hand.

Directions:

Once you feel satisfied, you have three options:

(like at the foot of a nearby tree you visit, or somewhere in your garden)

(same as above)

(this is if you require a more speedy response to your spell)

** ALWAYS be careful, when burning. Do research. Know your allergies, and effects.

I feel like business cards could really be utilized in a lot of modern witchcraft. I haven’t seen much about this, but I think they could make fantastic tag locks.

Like, have a friend who’s struggling with their business and you wanna do a success spell on their behalf? Ask them for their business card! (Bonus with this: it not only has personal info on it but professional!) It’s also wonderfully subtle for those of us in the broom closet. Getting ahold of a personal item can sometimes be hard (I know for tumblr users I mostly just go with URLs, and that works perfectly well) but a business card is a direct tie to someone.

Need to curse that sleazy salesman who screwed you over? Business card. Hell, you can even just cut up that business card and burn it as an easy curse of harming their business/personal self.

Basically, business cards can be great and easy poppets.

This is so spot on. If you have your own business or network, do swaps or events, you are collecting the information of your competitors(stomp them out)/the people who screwed you over(burn em’ down)/the people you need to reach(notice me!charge your own business cards!). Need that doctor to get you your badly needed x, y, or z thing? Rub a lil Abre Camino on that business card or the appt reminder card. Applying for a car and need that loan payment as low as it can go, rub a lil honey for a sweet-on-you effect on the dealers card (they usually don’t quote the lowest they can go right away, and if you take your sweet time they might suddenly have another bank in their back pocket who can grant you a smaller loan). Business cards as sympathetic links are totally apropos.

Easy Luck Spell

Hello, it’s Eris! I’ve decided to post a quick spell from my BOS. If you’re in need of a little luck in your life, this should work! Hope you all get great results! 

Sidenote: Aside from the candle itself, the substances are all optional. I listed them so that you can use whichever is more convenient to retrieve for yourself.

Supplies Needed:

Instructions:

I. First, you must anoint your candle with the ingredients you chose to use.  II. If there is anything specific you wish to have luck on, you can take a small piece of paper and write it down, then put it in front of or under the candle. Or, you can create a sigil for luck and carve it into the candle.

Blue Salt

Blue Salt is used for Protection, Healing, Justice and Legal Spells. It can also be mixed with Black Salt for reversing bad luck. 

You can make it by mixing:

Blue Flowers (or essential oils of those flowers) Sea Salt Blue Food Coloring

Break That Luck Candle Spell

Sometimes we just get some terrible bouts of luck that just needs to end and go away. Here’s how.

Simple Luck Charm

A few days ago I had to do a presentation for a research project of mine, so I wanted to make a very quick and simple luck charm to wear during it. This is made with things that I’m sure many of you already have, and you could probably substitute any parts of it if needed.

Here’s what you need / what I used:

- Cinnamon (for luck and success)

- Nutmeg (for luck)

- Pepper (for courage)

- Rosemary essential oil (for abundance)

- A container to put it in (I used a small bottle charm that I happened to have)

- Some candles (for charging the charm; I used three white ones)

So after I gathered all my materials, I mixed together the cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper in a bowl before pouring it in my bottle, and then added the rosemary oil. Lastly I arranged my three candles in a triangle shape pointing towards me with the charm in the center and focused on what I wanted it to do. When I was done I put away my candles and fixed my charm to chain to make it a necklace.

i’ve been meaning to write down the ingredients i used in this “luck powder” i made so i can remake some when my current supply runs out! this is very simple, effective, and it smells nice :)

stir it all together, sprinkle a bit on your shoes and voila! i carried around a hazel nut or penny as well but that’s just for extra strength/support. best of luck!

Spell to draw good energies to you

This could bring luck, new friends, positive attention, or just general happiness. Needed:

Cast a circle and light the candle, focusing on your intentions. Sit in front of the candle for a moment and breathe deeply. Then write on the piece of paper what you want to happen; something like “I wish to draw positive energy to me.” Wrap the paper around the magnet and push energy into both, imagining it glowing with positive, bright light. Chant the following incantation:

This magnet will attract and draw good energy to me. Good things will come my way and I’ll accept them happily.

Visualize good things coming your way, imagining the feeling as clearly as you can. Then unwrap the paper from around the magnet and catch it on fire by the candle’s flame. Quickly put it in the flame-proof dish. Imagine the energy you put into the paper being released into the world to do its work. End your rite and close your circle. Carry the magnet with you to draw good energy.

~*~ Little Bit of Luck - three penny spell

Ingredients: - Three pennies - A clover leaf (or other lucky plant)

While whispering thanks, drop one to the earth, drop one to water, and give one to the air (by putting it someplace high). Then place a clover leaf on your tongue. You can eat it or spit it out. A little bit of good luck is yours for the next three days. ~ alternately you can put the pennies into a tip jar or collection plate and give the good luck to someone else.
