-Fudge-tastic-Rose-Water-Brownies-
oven 350˚
1 stick of butter
½ cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 TBSP rose water
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
butter an 8x8 pan and set aside
in a large sauce pan over medium high heat
melt the butter
remove from the heat
add the cocoa powder and stir well
add the sugar, again stirring well
let the mixture cool for 5 minutes or so
add the eggs beating well after each egg
then add the rose water
in a small bowl mix the flour and salt together
pour into the wet ingredients and stir well
do not over beat just stir to combine, making sure there aren’t any flour spots left
bake for 25 minutes then turn oven off and let them cool 10 minutes
remove from oven and cool completely.
Optional:Glaze with chocolate.
