I am Moatasem Ahmed from the Gaza Strip. This is what the war did to my children. We bear the blame for these children’s escape from certain death. What about their homes and everything they own? They have become unsafe and do not enjoy a decent life after our house was destroyed. We became homeless and displaced from the north to the south. My family, my elderly mother and I do not have anything to support my children, such as clothes, food and clean water. We took refuge in refugee camps. We suffered and were displaced from place to place. Because of the high prices, we cannot provide water and food for our children. We tried to escape death outside the Strip, but we could not because of the high cost of travel, which costs from 7 to 9 thousand dollars per person. We are a family of 6 people. Therefore, we address those with a living conscience and good positions to help and support you in creating a better life for me and my family.
