He took care that Dean’s arms didn’t hang down and instead were laying on his chest, head supported by Sam’s shoulder. Dean’s eyes rolled into his head and his body went slack against Sam’s.
"Dean? Dean! No, no, no, open your eyes, Dean! Hey, c'mon! Please wake up! Don't do this to me!"
"S'm?" It was more of a moan than a whisper, but Sam still heard, still understood Dean.
"I'm here. I got you, Dean."
"H'rts... 'm so tir'd."
"Hold on, we will to get help for you soon. Keep your eyes open for me." With another groan, Dean opened his eyes again and Sam heaved a sigh of relief when they didn’t close immediately.
"You have to stay with me, ok?" He wrapped his arms tighter around. Dean didn't answer and his eyes started fluttering shut. "Dean!"
