Horses would be terrifying if they were carnivores
Horses can and will eat meat if their diet is lacking something (usually salt) or if they’re simply bored or curious. I had a horse that would chase kill snakes purely for the sport of it. A mountain tribe in asia feeds their ponies fish, and there are many cases of horses developing a taste for flesh.
The man eater of lucknow is probably the most terrifying example, when an horse, gifted by the kind of England to India went mad and started killing and eating it’s way through the slums of Lucknow, apparently with a preference for children. The King decided that this was rad and had the horse captured and pit against his prized tiger, whom he had starved and beaten into a rage for days. The horse kicked it’s ass and broke it’s jaw, terrifying it to the point that it wouldn’t get near. The next tiger he sent to fight it wouldn’t even try and when he threw in 3 wild buffalo the horse stared them all down and they couldn’t be made to approach it. Since he had run out of things to throw at the horse he instead made a giant iron cage and displayed it.
And they used to poke fun at me as a kid for being into horses
Weren’t there a few people in the Bible or in history that got eaten by horses
In the Bible I know some people got eaten by dogs and one time a bear but I’m not sure about horses
