Seems like a good time to given my long absence. I made a new banner, a new icon, and shifted my colors and links and such a bit. Sometimes refreshing things helps to move forward, not get stuck, which I think I really need...especially if I plan to write/create things, haha!

He’d expected the roosters, horses, even the barbed wire...Logan had not expected the wolves. Who the hell kept fucking wolves on, or even near, a goddamned farm? He bolted, just closing the barn door on the snarling beasts as they barked and howled without relent. He took deep breaths, tried to think of his next move, before he heard someone heading over, calling the wolves to calm. Logan stood, claws at the ready, when the door reopened on the sunny day.
“Whoa, hey there, buddy.” He was smaller with a pleasant smile and completely non-confrontational demeanor...a literal White Hat. No wonder the man kept a pack of wild animals on the property; he was a sitting duck. “Look, I hate to be that guy, but you are super naked and there's kids on the property so...coffee and pants?”
Logan blinked, pulled in his claws, stunned at the nonchalance of the other. This couldn’t possibly be a common occurrence, yet the man seemed neither shocked, frightened, nor angry. Logan wasn’t sure what to make of it as his instincts remained on flight or fight.
“Don’t worry about the pups, their bark’s worse than their bite.” Still nothing so he took a deep breath. “I’m Zach, Zachariah. This is my farm and you’re safe here...you just need pants.” This time he threw the pair at Logan, not giving him an option. “There we go, much better. They fit?”
“Yeah,” Logan grunted out, his exposure finally registering. He couldn’t remember what’d happened, he couldn’t remember how he’d gotten here...wherever here was.
“Good. How about we head outside, get some fresh air.” It wasn’t so much of an offer as a request bordering on order...for Logan’s agreement Zach offered the coffee once again. “You have a name? Something you like to be called?”
The wolves laid peacefully on the ground, watching carefully, but without malice as he sipped from the mug. “...Logan.”
“It’s a pleasure to meet you, Logan,” Zach smiled. “Hungry?”
Another new character: Zach and those on his farm are/will be important in this new section and going forward, but you’ll find that out as we go on. You’ll also find out more about him and the rest in general...I can confirm that the wolves on his farm are Gabe’s (and their pups) though, haha! Also Zach is played by Jimmi Simpson.

There was something both freeing and terrifying about not remembering yourself...but, since he no longer felt fear, it was mostly just freeing for Damon. Or was it Devan? Daven? This memory thing was a bitch; sadly he hadn’t the time to dwell on it. He had work to do, orders to follow, things to cock up.
The doors rumbled open to reveal a man already seething inside and out. If looks could kill everything in a hundred mile radius would already be long gone. But, as it were, nothing was dead...yet.
“You look like a Logan.” The man let out a beastly growl, but Damon paid no mind as he moved in closer. “Have they taken your blood?”
“You’d know, bub.”
“Oh, I’m not one of them,” Damon chuckled.
“Then who the fuck are you?”
“Doesn’t matter.” He looked the mutant over, took a breath. “Let’s just go on the presumption that you are, in fact, Logan and they have, in fact, taken your blood and see what happens, shall we?”
Logan’s eyes flicked across the other man’s face, his hands, with unnerving keenness as the headgear preventing his claws from coming out was removed. A fraction of a moment later the adamantium was buried straight through the others‘s gut.
“Yeah...” Damon sighed. "That one's on me...your emotional, I get it.”
The mutant stood in brief shock as black oozed around his claws from the other’s body. “What the fuck are you?”
“Would you prefer an answer or your revenge?”
Logan hesitated before pulling his claws back.
“The offices are to your right, but the barracks...” Damon cleared his throat as his skin pulled itself back together. “The barracks are to your left.” He was playing the odds that, in animalistic berserker rage, Logan would go for the kill count over a mere handful of men in suits and some destruction of property.
The creature smiled as Logan proved his assumptions correct and tore off to the left.
This is why Carey, Ash, et al, could never find Logan...he was grabbed up and has been held captive for about 6 years (oh that Logan!). In fact, let’s just presume he’s the one Garrett was speaking to at the end of my last big section, shall we? Also, plot twist: That brother of Orson’s you thought was dead? He’s alive...kinda, haha! Damon is, in fact, Daven Shaw, but he’s more than a little messed-up and unsure about who/what he is, hence the wrong name usage. More of his ordeal and what he’s become will be revealed going forward, don’t worry, lol!

Laura close her eyes and let out a soft sigh as Owen’s fingertips gently glide from her cheek to her chin. He slowing lifted her head as she place her hand on his chest. She took a hold of his shirt and started pulling him more closer to her.
They’re breathing became heavy and their hearts begin to race. They’re lips drawer closer and closer together. They could feel each other’s hot breath on their faces as their lips were about to meet. But unexpected movement against Laura’s leg cause her to growl, which in return cause Owen to let her go.
I, haha, confess I giggled at the reveal of what that movement against her leg was, lol! 😊
