Midnight Mass/The Outsider Snippet Idea...
Miracles aren’t real, there’s always a trick or scientific reason behind them, Ralph’s sure of that. Yet he’s been proven wrong before and as he watches the girl walk out of the church she’d been wheeled into he feels that same tightening of his gut had throughout the Maitland case, the El Cuco case. The case that showed him some things go beyond understanding and science and evidence. Not more than a few feet from the congregation he makes the call.
“Holly Gibney.”
“Holly, it’s Ralph…Detective Anderson. From Cherokee City. The, uh…Terry Maitland case, you helped us.”
“Ralph.” Warmth of acknowledgment enters her voice. “Hello.”
“I think I’ve got something.”
“El Cuco?”
“Nah…” He looks over to the priest, locking into his eyes. “Something else, something…different.”
Father Paul Hill looks to the newcomer, the visiter, before catching his eye. The detective looks too hard, too keenly, for his liking so he turns away to greet another congregant.
((I just think a Midnight Mass/The Outsider crossover would be amazing and kinda perfect…If I’ve any time/interest I might play more with this, grow it into something proper.))

Made the aesthetic myself with pics found on Google, I’m pretty pleased with it. Not sure about the quote, but I suppose it fits. There will be multiple fandom crossovers coming. If anyone has a good name for the overall series, I’m all ears, LOL!!
