If you want the original reason... it's because I had this dumb AU idea where Raph and Donnie are still in the Krang hive mind long after the invasion ended... but the only thing that really happens is that they annoy the crap out of Sister Krang who is stuck with the EPF. Wasn't really sure how to make this a whole AU so I just left it as an idea

Overall, yeah these two definitely still have some... lasting effects
