Once again, it is just me running the event, so please be aware of any human error. I am grateful for all the participation with choosing the blog theme as well as picking this year's prompts! I hope everyone has a good Whumpcember, and now, here are the rules:

At the end of the month a masterpost will go out to all participants and a badge you can save stating that you are either a participant or completionist. In order to be on the masterpost though, you will have to fill out a google form at the end of month; don't worry it'll take two minutes!

Magic Whump Week Prompts!

In case you haven't heard, I'm doing a little magic/fantasy themed whump event from September 23rd to September 29th (Ventis's birthday).

Here are the prompts:

Rules:

I want this to be very chill and relaxed for anyone who participates. You can post anything you want - art, writing, original content, fan content, prompts, singles sentences, full-length novels - I'll just be thrilled to see someone participating!

The idea is to post each prompt fill on the day of the prompt, but feel free to post early or late! If you decide you want to write for any of these prompts in 2027, sure!

As for the content of your prompt fills - be as creative as you want with it! Try to match the vibe of each prompt, but they're really just there to give you ideas. You won't be burned at the stake for not matching them exactly.

Whumpuary 2023 Prompt List

There are 10 prompt groups plus Alt Prompts and you can create for those however you want! The numbers don't mean days, so these aren't just for the 10 first days of January but can be used whenever throughout the month. You can pick one of the three prompts (or combine) and post every three days (or any days you want), or even use them all separately and create for 30 days. You are completely free on how many prompts you use or combine and how often you create/post throughout the month. You also don't have to use the numbers in the right order. (Slightly more rules if you want to be on the completionist list, you'll find those in the rules post).

What’s up. Are you still recovering from Whumptober and Febuwhump? Do you want more suffering? Here’s another whump event, because I am a chaotic being.

Each day has two prompts, which are opposites or otherwise parallel each other in some way. You can use both prompts, if inspiration strikes, but it’s not required. There’s also a list of alternate prompts, if for some reason neither prompts of the day are something you want to do. You can also combine alternate prompts with days.

I know the description of the blog says it’s a writing event, but if you want to draw or make other kinds of content, that’s cool too.

I’m posting it now so you have all of April to prepare! This is a pretty chill event so you can start posting whenever but I’ll be reblogging posts made to the #Whumpay2021 tag throughout May.

Have fun, tag content warnings (such as noncon, graphic violence, etc) and try not to be crushed by the mortifying ordeal of posting your writing. I’d say be kind to your whumpees, but the less kind you see the more fun it is.
