caretaker always gave whumpee physical comfort and touch whenever they needed or wanted it from them. Whumpee never really considered this before, but it was always that way— caretaker was comforting them with their touch. It was never something caretaker seemed to need or seek out, only something they were willing to give like a gift. But caretaker has a bad day, comes home and hugs whumpee. which isn’t unusual, except they don’t let go. They just keep holding them. Whumpee realizes this is a long hug and puts down their phone or whatever they were doing and hugs back, resting their head on caretakers shoulder. Whumpee asks if everything is okay. Long day, says caretaker. But you’re a remedy, and kisses their hair (or some other gesture appropriate for their relationship). That they would be a comfort to caretaker too is somewhat of a novelty

Adam
・❥・ Avian Crow
・❥・ 167 cm
・❥・ male
・❥・ ??? years old (seems to be around 23 to 25)
˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ has a very curious nature and always tries to explore the envoirement he is in, rarely flying short distances, just so he can get the chance to see everything he deems interesting.
He may seem like a good listener, remaining quiet for the most time and keeping a very steady eye contact (maybe to steady, sometimes), but he actually struggles a lot with spoken language, mostly navigating through key words, the general mood and tone of voice and mainly body language. He is however, able to mimic and replicate certain sounds he heard (like, how crows do), but not fully understand the meaning all together. when it comes to written language he is actually very good and tends to like reading large books about flowers and herbs.
whenever he does fly, he usually takes it to a rather playful side, enjoing the breeze and making loops.
flying is very important for Avians in general, so important to the point where not being able to do it is a major cause for stress and anxiety.
"He's not gettin' any better."

“So, this is the part where I taunt you for needing me to rescue you but… um, you don’t look like you’re doing all that great. And, I feel like it would be mean.”
