Hey, so, I’m curious. What issues did the movie have? I thought it looked good based off of the trailer, but I haven’t watched it yet.
uhhh, it was mostly moral issues I had with it. it was uncomfortably pro-war and the main character is pretty misogynistic and gross.
he also all but mistreats the dog at the start, which was really ick to watch. I just thought he was a shitty kind of guy and yet the movie was tryna make us sympathise with him.
but there was some nuance and I enjoyed the second half of the movie far more than the first. so it's up to you what you think of it rly!
