So funny story, I had to hold my arms super tense for basically a whole day and let me tell you, the uncontrollable shakes I had when I finally loosened up. Like I could barely grip anything because everything was so spazzy. TLDR do that to your whumpees, have them hold a stress position that basically sets them on vibrate mode until the terrible soreness kicks in
Give me more shaking whumpees.
Give me whumpees who are shivering so much from their high fever that they can't even hold a bottle of water up to their lips, leaving caretaker to hold it for them like they're bottle feeding a baby animal.
Give me whumpees who've lost so much blood that they're pale and trembling violently, their skin cool to the touch. Their body is desperately trying to keep them warm, but with each new shudder they're just bleeding more and more.
Give me whumpees in shock- whumpees who find out something so emotionally distressing that they can do nothing but shake, eyes fixed on a single point, jolting away from any touch.
Give me more shaking whumpees.
Shivering so hard that the teeth are audibly chattering and every click and clack of them together sends little shocks of pain through the whumpee's jaw

Woke up after three hours of sleep absolutely freezing despite having a heap of winter blankets. Realized my blood sugar was low, tried to sit up and nearly passed out. I had a protein bar within reach but I was shaking so hard that I could barely get it open. Spent most of the day feeling weak and sick in bed with a headache

Caretaker trying to stitch up Whumpee’s wounds out in the snow, but their hands are shaking from the cold
Whumpee is given a hot drink to warm themself, but they’re shivering so hard that it sloshes, spills over and burns their hands
What are ways to make a whumpee involuntarily shake or sway while trying to stay has still as possible

The only thing better than a stuffy, sniffly whumpee is a stuffy, sniffly whumpee with bonus chills, all tangled up in a blanket.
