men wearing heavy cologne bump into riku and he starts to have an attack, touma carries him on his back and takes him somewhere where he can take his medicine

sorey's vision starts to blur after fighting and collapses onto the ground, is carried out by someone and they escape

NOTE: there is no aftercare after this cutscene unfortunately, the next scene is sorey discovering his rescuer unconscious and carries her as he explores the new area they're in

alibaba is told to leave the country and he refuses, wanting to fight... sinbad knocks him out and orders the others to give him medicine so that he wouldn't wake up during the voyage out of the country

yuki spends the whole night healing tsukumo and collapses afterwards from exhaustion, wakes up and when luka asks him to rest some more, he asserts that he's fine

hu li is kidnapped and gets knocked out from the corner of a wall, wakes up in an apartment (was really rescued by his friend)

tsuna is crushed by byakuran's hands and it starts to squeeze his grip on tsuna tighter until he cracks a bone and tsuna collapses onto the ground, he wakes up (throughout the middle portion of the ep) and is physically weak, (bonus: is shot by a white dragon and presumed to be dead (doesn't die)

instances in the beginning of episode (within first 5 minutes) of tsuna almost collapsing due to exhaustion from final fight 

aoi feels sick during rehearsal and shows sign of fatigue, mikaduki realizes that aoi isn’t well and requests for a break, aoi collapse from his fever and is taken home to recover

koushi collapses at the supermarket from a fever and is taken home to recover, has a nightmare and there is a lot of heavy breathing while he sleeps, atena volunteers to nurse him back to health, his fever worsens and starts to call out to atena in his sleep

NOTE: so this anime in particular is a harem/ecchi and contains a lot of nudity (I prefer not to have to watch these kinds of anime tbh eyeroll, but this episode I found did have fever whump sigh) so what I included was the main takeaways from the episode in terms of koushi's fever and not the "other stuff"… if you are not into ecchi/harem like me, just refer to this shorted version of the episode and do not watch the episode in its entirety

yuuki develops a fever and it gets worse the next day, is taken to a "hospital" to get treated and his stay ends up turning to a rescue mission and escaping from some crazy doctors

lupin gets shot, collapses while on the ground, bleeding out, is rescued by goemon and jigen and is treated underground, is unconscious for 2-3 days

lupin collapses and is bleeding after being shot with an arrow, is rescued by fujiko, amy restrains lupin while fujiko removes the arrow inside of him, in pain, some vulnerable lupin shots here and there *NOTE: for this episode, as well as episode 23, there is a lot of back and forth between lupin and co. with another group that is focused in the episode, so while the whumpy moments may be short, they are stretched out to different scenes throughout the episode, making it longer (idk if I make sense here, but if you watch the episode in its entirety, you’ll see what I mean)

eichi is coughing and can’t really breathe while he’s in the hospital, feels like he’s really going to die but hibiki (his guardian angel at this point lol) rescues him from his room, more eichi coughing but acts like it’s nothing, eichi is seen panting hard and exhausted

negi is impaled with a wooden spear and is bleeding heavily, body is in shock, coughs up blood and collapses on the ground afterwards, heavy breathing, fights back despite being heavily injured, is in pain while being healed

note: although there are strands of hair that are covering konoka’s body, I placed censor bars just in case because I don’t want this post being taken down (there are also scenes of n//dity and stuff throughout these episode so if you’re not into that, then just watch this video instead of the full episodes) :)

negi has developed a fever due to the heavy amount of magic that konoka put inside of him to get him healed, refuses to rest despite being in a very weak state, passes out (implied but not actually shown), collapses, feels guilty

note: I kept the beginning of kotarou and negi’s fight because in a way, this is his aftercare lol... negi had to release the overwhelming amount of magic inside of him so them fighting with magic was the “medicine” he needed. 

takamiya completes a contract with the town and receives an immense amount of power, passes out (implied but not actually shown), can’t really stand up on his own, senses the pain from the other witches who got hurt, is about to use his newly received powers but is knocked out by kagari who headbutts him

takamiya is having a fever from his powers and is recovering, heavy breathing, his fever gets worse and is sweating a lot, is forced to wake up and body is in shock, still has his fever and collapses on the ground

takamiya is sensing people dying and is in pain, tries to use his power and is rejected, collapses and goes unconscious, is stabbed from behind and pulls out the knife himself

note: there is aftercare shown when he gets stabbed (but not in my video), but it’s literally just “use magic and heal his stab wound” for like 3 seconds, which is kind of annoying, but hey, what can we do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

nagisa gets stabbed from behind

nagisa is tied up and in pain, beaten up (numerous times throughout the episode) by his brother, reopens his wound and is bleeding through his bandage, is duct taped to a seat and is sent off into space to collide with an asteroid

note: I put “and continues throughout the rest of the episode” for this time stamp because we also get to see the others try to figure out where nagisa was taken to and plan out a whole rescue mission to get him back.... however, they were too late when they arrived and nagisa is sent out into space

nagisa is rescued (found unconscious)

qwenthur is pushed off the cliff (saved) and goes unconscious when he reaches the bottom 

a large wave is created from explosion, qwenthur drowns from the wave collapsing onto him

qwenthur is caught in a building explosion, bleeding from his head and has a metal shard impaled into his thigh, he can’t move

havia also gets caught in an explosion near him and is bleeding from his head and arm

their base zone gets bombed and qwenthur is found unconscious afterwards, he can’t move on his own because he has a sprained ankle note: this continues onto episode 12 where he still can’t really move on his own, and at one point, at the episode’s climax he is in a very dangerous area and gets spotted by the enemy (nothing much really happens to him beyond that)

qwenthur is kicked in the face, shot right in the shoulder and yells in pain note: I find it kind of funny how the enemy tells qwenthur to stop yelling because he only grazed him but if you see the rest of the scene (not shown in this video), you will notice that NO, THE GUY LITERALLY SHOT HIM RIGHT ON THE JOINT OF HIS SHOULDER, OUCH!

qwenthur gets slammed against a wall and this keeps on happening throughout the episode to a point where he is bleeding from his head and mouth, gets punched repeatedly until the girl’s (her name is: ohoho) knuckles have blood on them

qwenthur is slammed against a rock wall | head is getting crushed by metal arms

qwenthur is caught in an explosion that he created in an attempt to spread the poisonous gas away from his team

qwenthur and havia are caught in multiple explosions causing their jeep to flip over numerous times and explode, they are both found unconscious and heavily injured (especially qwenthur) and they are both taken for treatment, qwenthur has to go through emergency surgery and his heart stops beating at some point and the medical team had to use the defibrillator to get him back, he wakes up in bed, tries to sit up but is in pain (this happens twice) and barely manages to get up and walk on his own

chihiro gets sick, sneezing, feeling feverish and tries to fight it but it doesn’t work, attempts to call (*also text) madoka about catching a cold but stops himself, sleeping, madoka gets worried and takes a cab home to take care of him

chihiro sprains his ankle after falling down the stairs *the rest of the episode is pretty much just how his weekend goes while having a sprained ankle, nothing too serious

childhood flashback for madoka: woken up, being feverish and his sister being concerned about him, has blurry vision as he sees his sister and mother walking away

asleep, health at first seems to be good but over time he starts to neglect it and is barely eating, madoka starts showing signs of being feverish but he pushes that aside in order to focus on his work, chihiro starts to put in more effort to make sure madoka is okay, madoka is found collapsed on the floor and collapses again from exhaustion, more of chihiro taking care of madoka
