Whumper who stalks whumpee after their escape. Sending them notes, photos, even little gifts, just to tell them they know their routine and they're watching. Whumpee works themself into a panic thinking whumper is going to hurt them again, but whumper has no intentions of doing so. They already had their fun, after all. No, now they just want to watch whumpee squirm.

The Whumpee having to go about their daily life knowing the Whumper is following them. Knowing that they’re listening in on everything they say. Knowing that at any second, the Whumper could decide to capture them again.
