This makes me think of an AU where Jack Rollins (an alias) is one of the worlds biggest arms dealers /Russian mob boss and STRIKE team ALPHA, led by Brock Rumlow, has been given the mission of taking him out (or recruit him for Hydra)… The mission goes FUBAR of course, everyone ends up dead except for Brock and that’s only because Jack took a shine to him and decided to keep him.
