So, I think this is some great writing for this character. At the end, they make you think that she’s contacting someone nefarious to carry out some evil double agent scheme.

IMO, I think she was talking to this guy:

And they’re pooling resources, despite the moral ambiguity, to bring this organization back to what it should be:

Because, after Hydra, I honestly think she wants to rebuild her family’s legacy….

This would be the only way Marvel could make amends for what they seem to have made out of Sharon.
