Major in whatever you think will allow you to get the best grades, and in something you find interesting, in that order.  Unless you’re going for a specific IP practice (patent) some kind of science/math degree might make you a more interesting candidate, but won’t help you overcome your GPA.  If your school does some kind of undergrad law stuff, it may give you a better idea of whether you actually like law, but it probably won’t help your application.
