How to: Wake Up Pretty

This is actually so much easier than one would think, its easy to wake up looking and feeling ready to go.

1. Body brush, with a soft bristled brush slowly brush your body in circular motions moving towards your lymph nodes located under your arms, where your legs connect, and at the base of your neck.

2. Take a shower or a bath. Exfoliate face, and wash body with a loofah with sweet smelling shower gels.

2. Wrap up in a towel or bath robe/ dressing gown. Moisturize your face with a serum of your choice and then follow with an eye cream and finally a clear acne gel for any pesky spots.

3. Place Moroccan oil or vasaline on your eyelashes and eyebrows in order to hydrate them. This can also be applied to the lips.

4. Now its time to fix your hair. For straight hair, take a section and wrap it around your head http://www.gouldylox.com/2013/10/keep-that-straight-blowout-perfect-for.html (follow this article for further instruction.)

For curly, simply plait/braid or roll into four buns, two at the front two at the back.

5. Finally apply body lotion, essential oils, light candles and get a good nights sleep! These tips should ensure eyelashes look dark and full, lips are full and moisturised, you have minimal bags and hair looks on point. As one last extra tip, make sure eyebrows are plucked and or tinted if necessary, they make a huge difference to ones appearance.
