Socially Awkward Ork

@wealmostaneckbeard

Every day or half hour I suddenly wonder if Tumblr has content on a specific subject. I then seach and reblog that content for 10 or more minutes. That is how I function on here. Occasionally I will try posting "Original Content" but there's no guarantee.

Legit if govt couldn't use it as an excuse to invade countries they knew weren't involved due to the general uneducated state of the American populace we would have shrugged and moved on from 9/11 by the end of the decade.

Like I can't stress enough that Covid killed 3000+ people a day for weeks while the govt basically sat there on it's hands cuz you can't invade a country for capital gain over a pandemic. This country does not now and never has cared about the lives of it's civilians.

I would like to Point out that in both cases it was the Republican Party in charge of the USA government...

What? Do you like the Republican Party? Do you like political conservativism?

If you don't use your words then I will reply with silly gifs, like this one:

Naw I'mma put this on full blast.

Pictured below: white sumpremacists at the Unite the Right Rally, Vigrinia, August 11th-12th, 2017.

Trump had to issue 3 statements because he had to back pedal on the first 2 for being able to be read as supportive of the neo-nazis:

"I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally–but you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and white nationalists"

Really bud? All I see are racists. One of those racist shits killed somebodh at that march and the guy who did was given a life sentence and only narrowly avoided fhe death penalty.

These fuckers were and are a repeat offense from the right wing of the United States.

One side is objectively worse.

Agreed, a liberal politician isn't great but fascists are much worse and punching them in the face isn't enough to keep them from running for office.

... I think @cock-holliday is Australian so there's a lot less contrast when it comes to the choice of candidates over there, hence the cynicism. I don't know if I'm right until they confirm.

Look @nandomando, I'm autistic and I didn't know any better. So I made an attempt at a counter argument. But I've been informed that arguing with anarchists on the internet is a waste of time, so I'm just going to give this to you, even if it's half-finished:

I know that what Conservatives believe in is bad for humanity but good for a select few. Specifically they believe that nepotistic hierarchies backed by spiritual and economic authorities is a great basis for society, EXCEPT IT’S NOT. And the only way conservatives can implement their vision of an ideal society against the will of the people (Overcome the Conservative Dilemma) is by dis-empowering the masses by any means necessary, either through genocide or political suppression.  Likewise, leftists can resist them either through assassination, warfare, or by voting against conservative interests.

You are advocating the same thing that conservatives want, the destruction of democracy. That's Understandable, As Murray Bookchin points out, it’s been horribly contaminated by conservative ideology.

Here is a video that is both counterpoint and complimentary to Mr. Bookchin’s essay:

If you don't feel like watching the whole thing, then here's two major points from the video which you might agree with:

and

I do want a political movement fully committed to democratic ideals, which I will admit that is what anarchism entails. In a war-torn wasteland that's a political void it is possible to implement anarchism, as the brave Kurdish people have proven. But how is anarchism to be successfully implemented in societies where opposition is more entrenched? To make that happen would require a huge logistical effort that, I think, would best be provided by (ironically) a large federal government. If there are community based solutions to geographical population misdistribution, defeating right wing fiefdom/militias, and training people to maintain the infrastructure responsible for post-scarcity life, then please tell me. Because in my opinion, if anarchists did destroy "Teh Liburalz" then they would still have to deal with those three problems.

In conclusion, you live in a country where democratic participation is mandatory, I live in a country where it's actively being denied on the basis of race and class. What we are having here is less a political debate and more an intercontinental culture clash.
