Hello dear, yes, I'm from Germany!
are you german by any chance? i saw that a few of your (incredibly beautiful) journal pages were in german!
Hello dear, yes, I'm from Germany!
The year of 2018 has been incredible busy until now, but I enjoyed every minute of it. Great things happened and a lot more wonderful days are ahead of us. 🌸💕 Spring feels soft and warm and everything seems possible in the bright sunlight 🌻
Slowly but steady the dark gray days become more clear and warm. Spring is on its way and it feel great.
New years blues and finally feeling ready for the new year to staet for me. My first few days/weeks of the year were kind of weird and slow. I felt stuck in the old year but I somehow managed to go ahead and embrace the new year with all its chances to grow. Hope you had a good start of 2018 so far
The days are getting colder, darker abd shorter. But everything arround us also glows and shines bright and warm 💕 What a beautiful time of the year.
A few pages in my visual journal. I actually messed up and wrote 2016 instead of 2017 in one page. I just noticed that... What do you guys do to cover up mistakes in your journal? I guess I'll just paint over this one.
please go to “General Settings” then to “Dashboard Preferences” and turn off “Best Stuff First”. This is killing artist exposure! Please, please, PLEASE, turn it off if you really do love the artists you follow! You’d be helping us so much! Please reblog this so that more people may know!
Artists and writers are losing a lot of exposure over this new feature. Someone recently posted a photo of their notes over the last month and there was a HUGE difference from before the “Best Stuff First” feature and after.
The things many people create on this site is getting buried. Some is commissions but a LOT of content is done for free. Changing your settings does help them, but it also helps YOU still find the things/ blogs you enjoy. If you want to actively help, hit the reblog button if you enjoy something.
I’ve had a few people say they’ve missed some of my pieces - maybe this is why! I turned it off for myself today.
Can you please reblog if your blog is a safe place for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, asexual, aromantic, pansexual, non binary, demisexual or any other kind of queer or questioning people? Because mine is.
Autumn journaling only feels right with candles and the sound of rain outside your window 💛
Hi! Just wanted to know what your prefered writing instrument is. Your handwriting is beautfil btw, absolutely love it!
Hello there! And thank you so much! I absolutely love writing with fountain pens, I think it makes every handwriting look at least 200% nicer. :D No honestly, writing with fountain pens feels so good! My current favourites are a TWSBI Eco EF and a Lamy Al-Star F. I prefer finer nibs since my handwriting is rather small and narrow.
Autumn days are for journaling at Starbucks and using all the fancy Halloween decoration on my journaling pages ♡
A bit of art journaling about my favourite time of the year. ♡
Oh my gosh, I love the style of your tiny journal! Will you ever show some more pictures of it?! What do you write in there?
Oh, thank you so much, I’m glad you like my little one! Yes, I definately plan on showing more of it! I’m afraid I can’t show you every entry in it since some of them are really personal, but I’ll show you some pages. On your other question, I basically write everthing in there. It is not a diary like journal where I write about my day. Well at least not like that. What I write in there is mostly my thoughts on things that happend, eighter to me or that are happening in the world right now. Sometimes it’s about what or how I feel at the moment, like when I feel lost I write about that feeling in it. Or when I’m really really happy, I write about that feeling, sometimes also about the reason why I feel like that, but not always. You could say it is some kind of a mood journal. If that makes any sense. :)I hope you could understand, it’s a bit tricky to explain. If you have any more questions about the tiny journal or my journals in general, feel free to message.
Hello there! I love your style of journaling! It's so simple but absolutely beautiful!
Hi there anon, thank you so much for your cute words, I really appreciate it! As for your question, I think you are talking about my main journal and it is a simple Leuchtturm1917 journal with dot grid. I love those journals and I kind of grew up with them since I am from Germany and it’s a german brand. The paper is great, I never had bleed throughs and even the ghosting is not that bad. Fountain pens work pretty well on it, but your line gets a bit thicker on the paper. For example I mostly write with F or EF nibs since my handwriting is rather small, but the line on the Leuchtturm paper looks more like a F or M size. It also depends a bit on the ink you are using, but if you are using finliners like the ones from Micron, Staedtler or Copic you won’t have that problem at all.If you have any more questions or want to talk about notebooks, paper or pens, feel free to message me.
Love your posts. Tell me, what exactly you wrote about in your journals?
Thank you so much, I’m glad you like it. It depends on the journal acutally. In my A5 Leuchtturm journal I am mostly writing about my day. What happend that day, how I felt about it and some little details or moments I enjoyed. In my smaller A6 Moleskine journal I just write whatever comes to my mind. Mostly it is something personal, a certain feeling I’m going through, things that bother me or things that made me extremely happy like the beginning of autumn. I also have a kind of reading journal where I write down things from books that made me think. Mostly it’s that bookquote and my thoughts about it or ideas that this quote sparked, if that makes any sense. :)I hope I could anwer your question, if you have any other questions or want to talk more about that, feel free to message me. :)
